Just sign in, register your business with your GST number (auto-fills your details), verify your mobile with OTP, and your shop is live. The whole process takes under 2 minutes.

Yes, customers can open your shop link, view products, add them to cart, and place orders easily. No account needed for customers.

You can accept online payments via UPI, debit/credit cards and net banking through Razorpay, and also Cash on Delivery (COD). You choose which methods to enable.

All orders appear in your dashboard under "Customer Orders". You can confirm, mark as shipped, mark as delivered, or cancel orders. Each order shows the customer details, items, payment method and status.

Go to your dashboard, click the Products tab, then "Add New Product". Upload up to 5 photos, set the price and discount, enter stock quantity, and click "Add Product". Our AI can auto-generate product descriptions for you with one click — saving you time.

You get a unique shop link like stafflocal.online/shop/1. From your dashboard Overview tab, copy the link or share it directly on WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook with one click.

Yes. We use bcrypt password encryption, HMAC signature verification for Razorpay payments, and HTTPS for all connections. We never sell your data to third parties.

For Platform Delivery, a 6-digit OTP is sent to the customer's phone. You enter this OTP in the Delivery tab when handing over the package — confirming the delivery was completed securely.
