Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Stafflocal platform operated by AnRk. By using Stafflocal, you agree to these terms.
1. Account Registration
- You must provide a valid email address and a correct GST number to register
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- One business per account. You may not create multiple accounts for the same business
- You must be 18 years or older to register
2. Use of the Platform
- You may only sell legal products and services on Stafflocal
- You are responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, prices and stock information
- You must fulfil orders placed by customers in a timely manner
- You may not use Stafflocal for any fraudulent, illegal or harmful purpose
- Stafflocal reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
3. Payments
- All online payments are processed by Razorpay and subject to their terms
- Stafflocal is not responsible for payment disputes between you and your customers
- For refunds and returns, you are responsible for your own refund policy
4. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of the product content you upload
- By uploading content, you grant Stafflocal a licence to display it on your shop page
- The Stafflocal brand, logo and platform code remain the property of AnRk
5. Limitation of Liability
Stafflocal provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including loss of revenue, data loss or customer disputes.
6. Service Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
